For this level it is easiest to just go around the thing. So start by waiting for the blue dot which goes around you to have passed and make sure that the blue dot which goes around the whole thing is not too close. Then go up, right, down a bit and then right and just go straight down then left and make sure that the blue dot circling the yellow dot is not going to hit you. Now go and get the yellow dot following the direction of the blue one and then head straight up towards the green zone where you started. Now go up and go to the bottom right following the blue dot in the middle. go to the right and get the yellow dot and go straight up until you get the other yellow dot and then go to the left and straight down. Go to the right and then up and into the green zone.
